I love this hair! I have received so many compliments, since the day I got it done and still receiving compliments. It’s very natural looking and blends very well with my hair! Barely any shedding. Curls really good.
I purchased hair bundles during the Black Friday sale and had them installed for New Year’s. Unfortunately, the quality was extremely poor. The ends were horrible, and the hair tangles constantly. Every day I comb through it, it gets stuck daily.
I attempted to resolve this professionally offline with proven photos and even contact from my hairstylist which even said the bundles were horrible and stringy but was unsuccessful. While I take responsibility for waiting a few weeks before installation, quality hair should not tangle daily regardless. I have never experienced this issue with any other vendor.
I spent a significant amount of money on three bundles, and the quality was unacceptable and unprofessional. I will not be purchasing again and will be sharing my experience to help others make informed decisions.

After receiving your order, you emailed me stating that you loved the texture and planned to leave a review once the hair was installed. Later, you reached out through multiple channels (email, Instagram, and Facebook) while with your hairstylist, requesting immediate assistance. I responded promptly to understand your concerns and support you.
During our conversation, you shared that the bundles were installed without being shampooed beforehand, despite the Hair Care Instructions card included in your order clearly stating that all bundles should be shampooed and conditioned prior to installation. I reiterated this and sent you detailed care steps, along with product recommendations you requested.
You expressed concerns about tangling but did not initially provide photos or videos to support this claim. When a video was later sent, it showed the hair being combed with a fine-tooth comb and forcefully pulled at the ends. I advised that fine-tooth combs are not suitable for thick, quality bundles and provided a recommendation for the proper brush. You mentioned additional tangling in the back of the hair and offered to send a video; however, no video showing those tangles was ever provided. The only additional video sent showed the bundles still packaged, with no visible tangling.
At that point, I asked how you would like to resolve the situation. You stated you were unsure and mentioned that you would not write a review. Unfortunately, despite continued communication from December 30 through January 9, no clear resolution was requested, and no evidence supporting claims of poor-quality hair was provided.
I take accountability seriously and am always willing to address legitimate concerns. However, based on the information and evidence shared, I was unable to identify a defect or quality issue with the hair. I regret that we could not reach a resolution and wish you the best moving forward.
Been shopping with my girl for over 4 years now and the hair is always on point not only that but I drive from Huntsville to Montgomery just to get my hair done. Service is always amazing and the atmosphere is peaceful. We love CLJ
